Dudley C. Rutherford is the author of "God Has An App For That" and the senior pastor of the 10,000-member Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch (Los Angeles), California. He has been blessed with the ability to convey God’s truth dynamically and passionately. Dudley’s published works are Proverbs in a Haystack, Romancing Royalty, and most recently "UNLEASHED: the Church turning the world upside down". Dudley and his wife, Renee, have three children and reside in Porter Ranch.
