Stats are great but the only thing that matters in the end is that big fat ring on your finger....Would you like to see mine?

That's sort of like rooting for the Titanic to make sure it stays ahead of the iceberg.

OU racked up a lot of wins playing ag schools in the fifties. And why the arbitrary start date of 1946? Let's do an all time comparison:

National Titles:

USC - 11
OU - 7

Heisman Trophy Winners:

USC - 7
OU - 5

Heisman Trophy Winners Who Got Away With Murder:

USC - 1
OU - 0

Consensus All Americans:

USC - 78
OU - 70
